- Competency in deep troubleshooting 4G 3G 2G
- Advanced competency in 4G, 3G, 2G, optimization
- Ability to monitor traffic flow to ensure optimization of call delivery and provide technical expertise
- Mastery of VolTE and LTE RF parameters, including mobility strategies, traffic management, carrier aggregation, TTI bundling…
- Mastery of call flow as well as the various issues related to Failed, Drop, SRVCC
- Good knowledge of the implementation of VoLTE features by ensuring detailed monitoring of the impact
- Experience on the E2E channel « RAN Huawei, Core Ericsson »
- Launch end-to-end analyzes on the network in order to investigate the major problems raised through VoLTE complaints
