Service Description :
1. a. Migration of users to Microsoft Teams using the REFRESH IT migration tool;
b. Tenant management COREVIEW;
2. Taxation service MOYOBI;
3. Attendant Console TENDFOR;
4. Lot 6 => CVI PEXIP (visio Teams).
Service Deliverable :
– Carry out planned migrations according to the procedures initially defined and according to a 3×8 schedule from Monday to Friday;
– Verification through migration tools in post-migration reactivity to detect any errors or anomalies;
– Assistance to customers when needed.
Service SLA :
Quality and deadlines of the deliverables according to the judgment of the project director.
Profil Description :
Bac + 5 (Network & Telecom Engineer) with 1 or 2 years of experience in the field ideally in a similar environment: Network Operation Center, technical support center.
– Fluency in French and English is an essential prerequisite;
– Knowledge of unified communications technologies;
– Knowledge of equipment configuration (SBC Audiocode);
– Knowledge of the Microsoft Teams environment and its ecosystem;
– Know one/several domain(s) technical environment;
– Master service management;
– Know your processes;
– Know how to communicate with the project team (project manager, lead engineer) and the client if necessary;
– Be rigorous and reliable;
– Ability to work in rotational shift;
– Microsoft Teams certification appreciated, but not mandatory.
