Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of OSS FTTH/ADSL platforms (e.g. Fiber Home & Huawei & ZTE)
- Writing down the project documents (HLD/LLD, ATP, Planning, RACI)
- Site Survey with vendor to identify prerequisites for deployment
- Installation and configuration of the necessary hardware
- Support SBI/NBI integration
- Preparation and execution of data migration
- Support teams during knowledge transfer
- SITP and SATP procedures
- Reporting to OSS Engineering Department Manager
Key Requirements / Experience
- Confirmed consultant with at least 5 years of experience in the OSS domain or deployment of Telecom Network platforms to join the OSS Engineering team
- Good knowledge of FTTH/ADSL technologies (Huawei, Fiber Home, ZTE, …)
- Recognized project management qualification
- Experience within a mobile service provider or business change delivery environment to a high working level
- Technical knowledge of OSS and/or Performance systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrable experience of managing project timelines, teams
- Strong communicator
